image I had to give one star in order to make this. He is terrible! I began my process with him on 11/12/2021 to sign up for an Advantage Plan. After I chose one of the providers, signed all paperwork, and application sent into the Provider I chose, by him on 11/17/2021. He called and assured me all was all set! On 12/8/2021 I emailed him asking when I would receive information and my new card. His response: "It is generally 7-10 business days from the date after the application was submitted but I do see most carriers are running behind on that due to the holiday + Open Enrollment. Either way, I see that your application is in the review stage which is good. You should receive that letter in the next week or so but definitely prior to Jan. 1st which is the start date." So, I waited and waited. On 12/30/2021 I emailed him, that I haven't received any information or my card in the mail from Humana. Any updates? NO RESPONSE from 12/30/2021. I emailed the same again to him on 1/3/2022. His response "Brooke
We submitted everything to Humana.
Have you heard from them? You should have by now which leads me to believe their might have been some problem in getting your application processed through their system.
I can try to check one more time."
One more time? I think to myself..... So, he never followed up with my application he supposedly sent in on 11/17/2021?? I emailed him back right away and asked he looked into this matter. He called me 1/4/2022 in the morning, stating that Humana never received my application! Also, stated some type of "glitch" on their end. How is this possible I'm thinking, he sent it in on 11/17/2021 and emailed me stating "application is in the review stage which is good." I have emailed him twice since he called me this morning, NO RESPONSE! I just spoke with Humana, they had no glitch, they suspect like I did, he didn't send in my application properly or in the allotted time period! Bottom line he dropped the ball and tried to pass the blame; now I get penalized this year because of him! Truly unprofessional and wasted my time with all the paperwork and DocuSign, applications, emails, and phone calls! This guy is a JOKE1 He could have been honest and told me he screwed up, I'd probably would respect him more than I do now for LYING and NOT doing his JOB!

image We use a DPC and this has caused some issues with Marketplace. Ron is both very helpful, and very patient. He goes over contents and options until you are comfortable with the product. Highly recommend.
