      image We took a lava there last summer to be repaired. It had shorted out a few times. They have a repair expert that does their work. We waited to hear from them about our lamp. When we did, we were told that it was not broken at all. Just needed a cleaning. We were not charged anything. The staff were friendly and helpful and honest, as was their repair man! This made us so happy and it is so refreshing to get service like this!
