Tim was more helpful than I could have expected. He determined that my issue was not with the pump, but with the dehumidifier. He took the panel off the unit, and poked at the fan, which evidently had reached the end of its life. He spent more time on my problem than I would have thought.

Wet Basement Solutions sealed our basement and installed a sump pump for us in January 2020. We had been having a lot of problems with dampness, seepage, and occasional water intake for years. Since these folks did their work, we have had no problems at all. We just had a lot of rain (July 10, 2021), and the basement is bone dry. (We do have a dehumidifier, because it's an underground, unfinished basement and does get pretty humid.) These folks are extremely professional, very pleasant, and provide follow- up services. Would very highly recommend them.

The Wet Basement Solutions crew was amazing from scheduling to the end of their job. They fixed three cracks, two that would actively leak during spring and hard rain storms and another that would leak minimally, but needed to be fixed. They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up their mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing solutions with their basement to be sealed.

It’s been a couple years since Dave and crew worked on our basement. We had water issue every spring and every heavy rain storm making the basement useless space. Dave installed a perimeter drain inside, two sump pumps and repaired major cracks. We decided to wait on adding a review until a full year passed. We are so extremely happy with the work, solutions, and especially a usable basement now!! Dave and crew were friendly, informative, courteous, professional and come highly recommended by us.
