I purchased an SA Bench Top Capping Machine in 2014. The machine itself has worked like a charm for the past seven years. Over that time, I have had two relatively minor issues with it, both of my own fault and each time the team at Kinex were extremely helpful. The first time they were able to quickly and efficiently talk me through the issue I was experiencing remotely. The second time, I had to ship one part back to them to be repaired. It was repaired for a nominal fee, as my machine was no longer under warranty, and returned to me in a very reasonable amount of time. The team at Kinex is helpful, professional and their customer service is second to none. I just recently purchased a second piece of equipment from them and the decision to do so was very easy. As my company continues to expand, I have every intention of continuing our relationship with Kinex because of how wonderful it is to work with them. I genuinely cannot say enough.

I bought a Pump Cap machine from Kinex a little over a year ago, and my employees love it. Kinex has been great to deal with and their customer service is excellent. They know their machines inside and out and getting replacement parts for consumables is quick and easy. I would highly recommend Kinex Cappers for anyone wanting to improve speed and ergonomics in their production process.

I have purchased several pieces of equipment from Kinex Cappers and have to say that their customer service is exemplary, some of the best in the industry. Always friendly, reliable, with lots of follow up and clear instructions.
The Auto-Mate and Conveyors we purchased are of great value and really the best you can get for the price, ideal for small companies who are getting started in manufacturing.
I would highly recommend buying anything that Kinex Cappers sells based on my experience in buying millions of dollars of equipment from around the country and around the world.

We are a very small new company. However, on a weekly basis we needed to be able to cap thousands of very small bottles. Our fingers were getting very sore from hand twisting all the caps. We tried ordering another capper from outside of the US. It was clunky, the chuck was very large and we could never really tell if the caps were on tight. It also came with some sort of plug that did not fit the American outlets. It was important to find a product made in the USA where we could actually talk to someone on the phone. They gave us all kinds of informative support based on our needs. They were friendly cordial and prompt. This Kinex Capper is far superior and well worth paying a little bit more for. Everyone now runs to be the one to use our Kinex Capper. No more sore fingers!
