Kaia is THE place to workout for women of all ages. The workouts can be modified for your ability and will remain to challenge you everyday. Kaia Winnemucca has helped me step out of my comfort zone and love myself for who I am and can become.

When you walk into Kaia Fit Winnemucca (or any Kaia) you feel welcomed with open arms. Not only is the Koach awesome but we as Kaia sisters we are motivators, supporters, inspirations, and a fantastic group to be around. Not only is Kaia a place for working out it's also a place you can go for nutritional guidance. Another great thing about Kaia is that it's not just cross training, there is Yoga and TRX . I have been there a year and a half and I LOVE IT!!
