Service to our business was fine then they just didn’t show up one Friday (scheduled service on set dates); can’t call a local #, only option is an 800# where you wait on hold for a representative who then calls the local provider on your behalf!! You are not able to speak with them directly. Cannot get a makeup service for one month because they state they only service our area on Fridays, however I have seen them here on several other days of the week. This is how they treat a long standing client. I've read the other reviews that have owner responses that say how sorry they are and to please call or visit the website....this is part of the problem though...you can't get through to anyone and get any response.

Shred it is a great company, will work with individuals working from home and has great drivers that do the pickup. They are very timely with communication and email follow up. I highly recommend this company especially with more people working from home. Confidentiality of documents is really important to them.
