They came to turn on my sprinklers last year. The sprinklers never came on. They swore they turned them on, so they wouldn't come back to see what was wrong. So I watered my plants myself all summer. Then in January, my pipe broke because they did turn something on apparently. It cost me $800 to fix the pipe and I had to find another company to turn the sprinklers on where they would actually work.

As a brand new customer, I am already impressed. From the man in the office that was extremely knowledgeable providing prices and getting me signed up this morning to the clean up crew that came out a few hours later, everything has been great so far. The notifications they send and the invoices are top notch. Looking forward to the additional services I have requested.

He came to our house to spray for bugs. He is exceptional and very knowledgeable! This is the second time The Grounds Guys of Sparks has sprayed our yard! The bugs are disappearing. What a joy that has been for us.

If you want a company working with you that not only cares about you as a customer but more importantly cares about you as a person, I highly recommend The Grounds Guys of Sparks! Their customer care and service as well as the services they provide are the best you will find anywhere!
