I'm very frustrated because I started getting seen by a nurse practioner at this location. She had me get blood work done and I never heard back from her about my results. Then, I was supposed to have my annual visit, I show up and I'm told that she's not there. Supposedly she documented that she called me to cancel my appointment, when in fact I never received a call or voicemail. Very unprofessional! Why have have patients when you don't even know how to communicate with them and you lie!!??
Edit to add: Then when I tried rescheduling, there were no openings till 2 months from now.

Nancy Osakwe is the best Primary ever! My wife and I both see her and I tell you she treats all her patients with so much care and takes her time to listen and not quick to judge people like some primary. We appreciate her so much

Update: Had to go back week later and only paid $178...apparently if you never been to a Renown facility before you get charged $100 more. I made an appointment this time but still had to wait over an hour because they were short staffed. I was also only #3 in line. I went back for the same issue. First they only gave me 5 days worth of antibiotics and now I have a different antibiotic and 7 day supply. They were still friendly and once you go back, the process is super quick. Each time I was probably only back there for 5 minutes
The front desk lady was great. The nurse or who lever took my vitals was not very sociable, the interaction was cold and minimal. She wasn't mean or rude just cold. The PA was nice and quick.
But I'm new to the area kind of (at least to needing these services) what in the world is an appointment for an urgent care....kind of defeats the purpose. I'm in pain to the point I just want to break down and cry but everyone that came in for an appointment for the hour I was waiting got seen first. Appointments got attention from the receptionist first. Poor girl was standing in the "walk-in" line for probably 15-20 minutes while they continued to call appointments up to check-in (she was clearly in-line first). Basically (and I know most reviews counter this but) if you don't have an appointment you're gonna be the bottom of the barrel. I sat there for over an hour to be called back and I was out of there less than 10 minutes later. I knew what was wrong I just needed a licensed professional to write me a prescription for antibiotics.
Just for reference, without insurance I paid $287. That's for just the appointment, they will bill you later for any service/test done. So I'll probably be billed for the urine test and the PAs time.
