      image Im not sure whats happened to this practice over the past year. Its difficult getting anyone to respond to a phone call. Getting through on the phone is hard enough. Their new answering service/call center was a horrible idea. Ive gone into the office, in person, several times to get a prescription refill, and no one seems to be able to even get that right. Doctor visits are now rushed through as my doctor splits his time between Reno and Carson. Patient care has declined. Its unfortunate.
