The installation team used a texting service that gave me heads up when they were en route and when the work was complete. It helped me make preparations for the work to be done. When minor issues arose, as is unavoidable, they were excellent in communicating options and getting the work done right. We used Capitol Control for a house generator purchase install. After a lengthy wait for the equipment (not at all their fault as there is a huge demand for these units) they found a way to get us a Honeywell unit instead of a Generac (all the same except for name) earlier then previously expected. Install dates were scheduled and just before the install was supposed to begin, they called not to delay the install, but start it early! Installer Joey showed up early or on time each day and finished the 4 day job in 3 days leaving a clean and professional installation. Before leaving, he walked us through the system, controls and App monitoring. From the initial bid, to Toni helping w equipment and scheduling, to Joey and Jose doing the install, we couldnt be more pleased and are now ready for any power outages.
