Well this location is closed. Space is for lease and a sign in the window says they've "relocated". Only a matter of time before that one closes too if the service there is like it was at this location.

I have been trying to contact the business for over a month to pick up a family heirloom I decided to get cleaned in December. The item was picked up after two weeks of trying to get them to pick up my cleaning ( that should have been my first clue things were not right). Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I call and the phone is either busy or just rings. I really want to get my priceless heirloom back. The owner needs to communicate how we can get our items!!!

My articles are being held hostage... Ive been trying to retrieve them for over 2 months.. not opened either location.. one phone is disconnected or phone rings and rings.. no answering machine nothing .. no way to pick up my things..

Brought 2 pair of
pants to be cleaned. No one is answering the door or the phone so I can pick them up.

He closed his South Reno shop off Mt. Rose Hwy, and we had all my dry cleaning there. They called and left a message or two. When I went to pick it up, he only charged me half for the inconvenience.
