Adecco Staffing, Reno NV office main office manager Michael introduced himself as such at the Radial factory during a new staff orientation and in doing so ordered staff to catch up to orientation team even though a few people had not been able to lock their personal property up properly. I told him "Im not leaving my stuff unlocked"!!! "FIRE ME PAL", my stuff is going to be locked up properly period!!! One guy left his stuff unlocked only to find something missing and separated from him for days because he listened to Michael and joined the orientation only to wait 10 minutes to watch a 20 minute safety film. There was no rush. That caused problems for us right off the bat. Remember this is about Adecco being unprofessional. My second day after packing about 500 medical displays with product cases for shipment the Radial leads wouldnt provide another task after learning that buildings displays for over 3 hours straight was causing injury to a new staff members finger. Michael was notified about the problem only to take Radials side by telling us he would be taking us to Security and off the property. At the same time agreed with us saying Radial was a "challenge" trying to deal with them and Adeccos staffing contract. He also never notified Security, we had the option to wait in the breakroom for an Uber he called for us. We, me and the injured staff member, had to bring our access badges to Michaels attention and suggested we turn them in instead of keeping them to access the property again should we choose to return without authorization. He thought that might be a good idea. Michael tried to play both parties only to look incompetent to us and disloyal to Radial. A Total Joke!!! Radial are clowns, and their leads dont speak english for Christs sakes!!! Adecco and Radial derserve better than Michael period!!!!!
