Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, David. We appreciate your perspective and apologize if you felt that our communication fell short of your expectations. We strive to provide excellent service to all of our clients and will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continually work to improve. If you would have given me the opportunity to explain my delayed response, I am sure you would have reconsidered you comments. When we spoke on Monday, I told you it would take me a couple of days to get back to you and you a said there was no rush. Unfortunately, I had to take my husband to ER on Tuesday and monitor him through Wednesday. Thankfully, he is fine and I did all the research needed to do before getting back to you - which revealed a title issue with Manufactured Housing which I suggest you look into before listing your property. When you called on Thursday, I was teaching a scheduled CE class so I returned your call on Friday. When you didn't answer, I left a message that I was headed out to your property which I did and took pictures. Once I returned to the office on Friday, I called you again but you didn't answer, so I left a message that I had done the research and taken pictures and would like to discuss the property with you. Once again, you did not return my call. I heard nothing from you over the weekend, in fact heard nothing from you until I read your review. When I called you, you were unwilling to hear any of this and simply hung up. I am sorry about this misunderstanding and wish you luck in listing or renting (as you said you were not such which you wanted to do). I will continue to strive to provide excellent service.
