Saitta Trueau Chrysler dealer in Pahrump nv. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for but the salesmen were very attentive and showed me all the available options. No high pressure tactics were used. Very comfortable dealing.

I have gotten a car from then. I sold a car to them. We just purchased another car from them. I find them very great to work with. I have been treated like friends and neighbors. I trust the salesman that I work with the whole process from start to finish is a very positive experience. Unlike another dealership I can't recommend, that we have used.

I purchased a 2017 Ford F2 50 from this Dodge dealership back in November. Josh was my sales person and was great! He gave me an excellent trade-in on my Chevrolet suburban. What I did not take into consideration was purchasing a Ford from a Dodge dealership. I began having electrical problems within a week of purchasing my truck. I would lose power to my dash. I I came back to the dealership service department and was referred to Dominic, their service representative. The service department was unable to replicate the problems I was having. They gave me a new battery thinking the other battery was defective. I was fine for about two weeks and then the problems began again. I returned the truck once again and Dominic and their service department determined there were some computer codes that was beyond their scope of handling as a Dodge service. Dominic obtained an appointment with a Ford dealership in Vegas for the end of month of January. At the time there were no loaner vehicles available. I went back and spoke to the sales manager Jesse. Jesse was very accommodating. He was able to get me an appointment the following business day. He returned to me my suburban as a loaner vehicle. They transported my truck to Vegas on a Monday and I got it back Wednesday. The computer issues were addressed at a Ford dealership in Vegas and the computer was reconfigured. I have now been driving the truck problem free for two weeks. All I can say is that this was great customer support from this dealership, the sales person Josh, the service representative Dominic, and finally the sales manager Jesse were all helpful and accommodating. I couldnt be happier!
