Gave me a quote over the phone for an oil change 5 quarts full synthetic for 24.99, not bad at all then the story changes. I get there and speak to the same manager their that quoted me over the phone he doubled the price for idk what reason, What a headache.UPDATE! I went back to the same location to get a free oil change the manager Rahim, the manager offered. I spoke to the receptionist at the desk (Carmen) she was very helpful and explained to me whoever informed me with the misleading info the last time I visit was very incorrect and she apologized for my troubles. The crew gave me the free oil change and i must say I am very satisfied how less complicated it was than before, thank you Rahim for making it right. I will remain a customer to purrfect auto as long as the oil change prices remains the same.

Quick visit turned nightmare! Unexpected $1300 repairs and their manager Tory really tried to lean hard on fear tactics along with confusion. They originally said about $300 for repairs to a window and to do a tune up as we were about to drive home to Phoenix but then they quickly added a bucket of things that were urgent but its only urgent where money is involved as I tried calling him 3 times and asked for a call back but he couldnt be bothered to call me back all afternoon the car was there. They sent a text message with an image of oil but would not text back about my questions. I spoke to their technician and asked what was odd about dirty motor oil. He just said he wanted to give me a report on it. When we got here to pick up the car (they said it would be done in 20 minutes on the phone) they tried to sell us a transmission flush. Theyll try to pressure you on the spot to make financial decisions rather than give you the information on the phone or through text. Shady, rude and shameful Tory. Go somewhere else as we wish we had.

DO NOT go to this workshop, they are a FRAUD!
The guy who served us is called Raul, he was already fired, but no one wants to take responsibility for the scams he did before leaving.
We went to repair the car and we got financing for $1700 that included all the repairs, happily we realized that they had not written the airbag and they gave us a bill that still said $1700 but they had added the airbag for $95 without changing the total.
First they told me that everything would be ready the same day, then the next day and after ONE MONTH, they told me that they do not have airbags for 95 dollars and that the solution they gave us was to return us 95 dollars, we indicated what was not what they Raul said and they told us that he was fired and that they were not responsible. Likewise, we have audio where the staff ACCEPTS that it was clearly a scam and they want to take advantage of the situation. The manager Angel Angel and another worker agreed that what happened was not correct and we have audios where they admit it, however they cannot do anything.
Now we ask ourselves, who is going to take care of all the SCAM complaints?
If no one gives us a solution, we are going to contact all the people who were scammed and we will report this company so that it takes charge and NO ONE else goes through this bad time.
