I ordered two items of turtle fleece hoodies as got a discount for the next order.Silly me and shouldnt have done that but wait till I get the first order.They were def very quick to send discounts for items but the size is not right.Much smaller than listed in their size chart.I cant resolve this issue with them for 2months now,eventhough they have the proof.Hopefuly they will come back to me as it cost enough money for both items that cant wear.

I order horse seat covers.
It took 6 weeks to arrive, and 4 emails to discover the item was coming from China, not Nevada where their headquarters claims to be..
The covers arrived, they are very poor quality and not at what was shown.
I sent my 5th email.. to ask about returning them..
They only take damaged product and in original packaging..
These cheap seat covers were 79.99..minus the coupon I used bringing it down to about 65.00..Junk
Buyer beware and stay clear..

I love the products that they offer. I ordered a few items as Christmas presents and was happy with the products. A couple of the smaller items were ordered and received in a timely manner, but I ordered the wolf blanket for my mom as a Christmas present and it took almost 2 months for me to get it. I ordered it in enough time to be able to give it as a Christmas present but did not receive it until after Christmas. I was extremely upset, had I known that it would take so long I would not have ordered it. The website told me one thing and when I emailed them asking where my item was they told me a totally different time line saying it was due to shipping issues as the delay. Before you order anything, check where it is being shipped from. My blanket was being shipped from China which had I known this before I ordered it I would not have ordered it.
