Customer service great, cashier was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant appeared understaffed and nuggets had a texture that I know from my own experience in food service means they got cold and were briefly dipped back in the fryer to reheat. Fries were fresh at least. Overall the staff are wonderful but there are clearly some issues with management or something. A bit pricy compared to McDonald's already rising prices but that's to be expected in a casino.

No interaction from the staff at all, employee wearing hat backwards and eating while on floor the fries, then wiping their hands off. And can't talk to one when no one is wearing name tags . It maybe a fast food place but presentation is a must

They made my sandwich wrong, they gave me a double quarter pounder instead of a deluxe qp. The manager took it to the back added lettuce, tomato and mayo and gave it back instead of making a new sandwich. #1 What he did goes against health regulations once food leaves the kitchen and has been handled by customers it does not go back to the kitchen so you avoid cross contamination, and #2 though I appreciate the gesture I do not like that much meat on a sandwich. So I gave it back and they still made it wrong. Fries were cold even though I asked nicely and said I would wait for fresh fries. BREAKFAST SERVICE AND FOOD WERE EXCELLENT.
