Worst place ever to rent a truck. Very unprofessional employees. First day my mom rented a truck from there they called and verified that she will be there before 5pm (closing time) My mom arrives as she said, and they were closed. Not only were they closed but a man was standing outside that told her nobody was there to help and gave her an international phone number to call. After wasting time calling around to check on what happened they tell her to come back the next day & she will get a discount for the inconvenience. Next day; When she is done with the truck rental (same day) the SAME man who told her that nobody was available to help her assists her.... not only does he help assist her but claimed that the ridiculous amount she was being charged was the 20% off discount she was promised for her inconvenience. Those people are snakes and I will NEVER rent from there ever again!
