We used them to book our rooms for a Vegas trip. When we go to the hotel everything was messed up. We had to put our cards down for the rooms and we ended up getting charged for them. I contacted the hotel to see if Bonotel has gotten with them about it and they have not contacted the hotel to get it fixed. Now I'm out the payment to Bonotel and the hotel. Don't use their service if this is how they do things.

I own a hotel and honored a reservation from this company. The customer came 10/17/21. I have yet to have anyone answer me or send payment. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY We will not honor anymore reservations from them AVOID

They took payment for a reservation at a Hilton property in NYC from my travel agent (RCI). However Hilton did not honor that reservation because according to Hilton Bonotel does not pay there hotel partners. Avoid them.
