Extremely bad service. Also heard from friends who used the service it was terrible. Highly not recommend using.

I thought my trip on 2/21/2023 was poor, until I read some more of these reviews. At least the bus restroom worked half of the time. Not sure why, but first driver insisted on camping in the left lane the whole way. My biggest complaint is the second driver ignored all the regulation signs westbound on the new Hoover Dam bridge. During 70 mph wind gusts, she did not use the left lane even though the freeway sign says to. Then she pulled over onto the shoulder so people could take pictures of the dam, in the dark while semis zoomed by us. Absolutely unsafe and against the law. At least I got to the South Rim and back, had time to walk from Mather Point to Bright Angel Lodge, and was back in Las Vegas by 10:00pm.

Be careful when you book with this company. They could change your tour time without letting you know and then feel a simple reimbursement and a "sorry" is enough. We flew from Michigan to go to the Grand Canyon and got jilted! A form letter was thought to be sufficient! Yeah, no!

Took this trip to go to Grand Canyon. The bus was fine, the interaction was fine. They tried to keep us engaged with movie and talks. Water was provided on board. The time in between the points was enough.

Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Was told my pick up time was 10am and then they proceed to tell me my departure time was actually earlier without any correspondence confirming a time besides 10am. They also refused to refund me and then tell me oh yeah you can reschedule tomorrow for $25. Ridiculous
