Went to file my taxes to find out two weeks later they never filed them until I called the IRS where they confirmed they received NOTHING. After going back and fourth with them & the IRS, finally admitted it was their mistake and offered to return SOME of the money BUT NEVER CALLED back to say if they would. Paid $125 for a simple tax form that was never filed and couldn’t even give me the $45 they offered. This place is a joke. Never going back.
