We had this company replaster our pool over the summer. Pool looks really good, customer service HORRIBLE! The jets weren't hammered properly back into our spa so they kept popping out. Also, some tile got damaged during the demo that we didn't notice until everything was all done and we began brushing the pool. We contacted the company numerous, numerous times to come fix the tile and fix the jets. It literally took a couple months for them to drop off new jets for us to put in ourselves, which was fine because we were tired of dealing with them anyway. (or NOT dealing with them actually) Too bad we didn't have pictures of the undamaged tile before the demo, but unfortunately did not have a picture from that angle and they took no responsibility for damaging it. Even the person they initially sent over to look at it agreed it looked like the jackhammer damaged it during demo. The day the plaster was done the owner stood there and told us if we needed anything at all or had questions to contact him. Yeah right!! We called the office many times and left messages, emailed the owner several times, NOT ONE SINGLE REPLY BACK or acknowledgement from him. Bottom Line: pool plaster looks good, we'll give them that, price was good after getting several estimates. But HORRIBLE customer service and absolutely no contact from the owner after attempts to contact him. If the owner would have just worked with us to remedy our issues in a timely fashion, the tile repair on 3 tiles would have been an easy fix, as well as getting back to us in a reasonable time about the improperly installed jets, we'd be happy customers. But do not expect contact after they are paid and they leave your house. For this reason, would absolutely NOT recommend this company to replaster your pool.

Plays the blame game. Excuses for everything. Initial bid and conversation was aok but after that became nothing more than cheap talk.
