I'm trying to cancel a package that I only just ordered an hour prior, they got back with me saying "we'll try to get in touch with logistics to cancel if it ships start a return." I'm not reassured by they're response and nobody picks up the phone. Not all all what I want to hear from a company dealing in expensive electronics. ALWAYS investigate Walmart vendors if it's something costly.

I have made four attempts to contact the company regarding a product I purchased. No service and zero response after the sale. AVOID THIS SELLER! Jason L. - This is my experience and I was not paid to write a negative review. That doesn't even make sense.

Total ripoffs. Send you a phiny tracking number and never ship. Said they were going to deliver a sound bar to my daughter for Christmas by December 14. I ordered on 5 December. No notifications, no shipment. F U Trchnology Galaxy. I’m going to pay you a little visit someday.

I pretty much echo what others are going through when dealing with this business. I have not received the purchased product; the phone just rings when calling sells or customer service and according to USPS, this business just went online and generated a label and never physically shipped my purchased part, when I attempted to track the part. This was not a good experience; thankfully I had Walmart as a purchasing buffer between me and the seller! Beware!

I wish I had googled this company before dealing with them via NewEgg. I assumed because they were on NewEgg they were reputable . They sold me an item they didn't actually have in stock.They created a shipping label to by them time but they never got the product. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a refund. They keep telling me they'll issue a refund but never do. They lie right to your face. Please for the sake of your sanity don't do business with this place.
