Teesnap

After a year of horrible service we switched away from TeeSnap to another company. I gave them one star because i could not give them zero. After canceling I was charged for another month and was guaranteed a refund, 5 months later I am still waiting. I did not have access to sales reports for most of the last two months I was with them. A bad company getting worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thought I was online with course, but was TeeSnap. Made a reservation and they charged me for ALL players. When I called the course to cancel, they said I had to call TeeSnap directly. TeeSnap said it was non-refundable! For a golf reservation; really? Would never use them again, CALL THE COURSE DIRECTLY!

The system is easy to use and the support staff is always available to help if we run into problems. The marketing team is absolutely the best I have ever dealt with and take a huge burden off of us and keeping up with social media, emails, and marketing ideas. Our rep, Molly, is attentive and if she doesnt know an answer, she will find one quickly. However, the real test was when we had the highest sales ever over Memorial Weekend. I owe it to the Tsnap staff, this amazing system, and the ipads that assist my staff in being incredibly productive and efficient. Becoming part of the Tsnap family was one of the best business decisions we have ever made!

The mobility was appealing, cloud base and no network was exciting! Both are pretty much the only good things about this software, unfortunately. Reporting/Accounting is hortible!!!!!!! Reports take 3-4 minutes to generate, must be loading from the slowest server in the world. Customer Support is terrible often times you have to leave a message and hope someone calls you back. When you do talk to someone, they never DO what they say they are going to DO! Friday before Fathers Day 3 out of 4 card readers stopped charging they said they would overnight new ipads and readers havent seen them yet! Off to find a new pos provider... see ya Teesnap!
