Disability Action Advocates.... professional from start to finish courteous, polite, respectful and caring their name just isn't a slogan especially the Action part! After a preponderance of medical evidence regarding my claim and being denied three times! Todd and Mauricio and Michelle and Sarah were instrumental and crucial to my victory over the social security administration. After almost two long years and plenty of frustration the truth and Justice was served through the court and Disability Action Advocates deserve all the credit. If you want to win your appeal, I would definitely choose Disability Action Advocates, first understand it's a process and be patient, DAA will guide you through the process, Christi my handler kept up to date with the process, she is Great, my representative was Mauricio, talk about a true professional, he helped me so much. This office is a faud. They charge and blame things on people for there inconsistencies. Not only did they forged my name and signature on a few documents which I have proof they did because I don't even sign or write my name the way it is on the " paperwork". I also updated contact information with them and they still charged me extra fees for them calling the wrong number and claimed they couldn't reach me I wonder why ? Not to mention you will have 4-5 different people handling your case and you have to keep repeating yourself over and over again because of them passing you around like a ragdoll. How could you claim to be action advocates it just seems like they are scamming people out of money and not care about the outcome it's sad and definitely should be careful with who you choose too represent you. Lesson learned

First I was denied my SSDI,I found Disability Action Advocates and called them, my case was given to Christi, and she got all my paperwork together, my medical records, and if I received any letter from SSA, I would just called her, and she would tell me what to sign and when to mail it back, then my case was given to Mauriscio, and he called and said what questions I would be asked. The day of my hearing I was confident I was ready. I was right because every question I was asked, I was ready when asked. Mauricio had me ready and confident. So when the ALJ put it all together, he gave his judgment. I'm elated that I chose Disability Action Advocates. They were the difference in my judgement.
