As a local loan officer, you know who the good agents, companies, and brokers are. This office hits the trifecta. The company is excellent and brings the value to clients by being an 800 lb gorilla in Las Vegas. The agents are well trained and supported and so many of them are ones that I either work with or would like to work with. And the broker is top-notch and sets the tone. He has training and support as good as any in town and he is always there for his agents. World-class across the board.

Sean Lim - Realty One Group I met Sean Lim on a night we both were trying to capture a good photo of the Harvest Moon rise along the Las Vegas Strip. In the course of our conversation, he mentioned his career in real estate, and I happened to be strongly considering buying a house. As a relatively new resident to Las Vegas, I needed assistance scoping neighborhoods. Should I buy new, or in an established neighborhood, updated interior, or remodel, pool or no pool? During the search, my acceptable criteria changed several times and Sean rolled with it. We viewed 9 homes, and just one was a turn off, which was the owner's fault. When I settled on the house I wanted, Sean proved to be a strong negotiator, very savvy. He has a really good feel for what can be negotiated, changed, fixed, and the things that should be left alone. We got the price I wanted to pay. He also has an excellent attitude, and goes the extra mile. I won't be on the market for a while, but next time I'm looking, I'll contact Sean first. Side note: when I first started thinking about buying a house, Realtors started emerging from the woodwork. Several were pit bull aggressive, and left me with a distinct impression they would use a forced sale technique. Others clearly had aspirations, but did not demonstrate strong motivation. Sean is a professional. Hire him. You will receive great service, and he will protect your interests.
