As my realtor, Mike was absolutely phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better experience selling my home. Mike has been hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with! I have bought and sold several homes over the years, and Mike Rossman is the most professional, responsive and aggressive one that I have had the pleasure of working with. He is my first and only choice for purchasing my next home. I recently went through a messy divorce. During that time, Mike went above and beyond what a typical relator would do to help myself and my ex-wife sell our home. He was agressive at getting our house listed and sold in minimum time (1 week) at the highest price point. Mike was so responsive to everything I needed during the sale as well as to the needs of the buyers. Negotiations, inspections, and repairs before the sale were absolutely a breeze thanks to everything that Mike worked through. To say I’m extremely satisfied with the service Mike provided would be an understatement. He is unmatched in his field and should be the example to which others strive to become! 11/10 will use if I need to move again; I can't recommend Mike more! I needed to move to the greater Las Vegas area on short notice. He helped me find potential new homes online before I got there and we managed to look at several locations in a short period of time. In less than a week, he was able to help me get approved and ready to move in. His advice and guidance helped me find a place that is perfect: quiet, safe, & modern! Overall, Mike is trustworthy, patient, and flexible. He will put the time and effort into figuring out exactly what will work for you without making you feel overwhelmed or stressed out. As a first time home buyer I knew nothing about any of the processes or systems. I had some quotes and some ideas, but really went in from an ignorant place. Mike changed all that. He explained everything, from how to get from a offer to closing and beyond. His advice was incredibly valuable. Literally, because of suggestions he made, we ended up saving quite a bit overall. Mike was professional and proactive and honest; at no point did he sugar-coat things to increase false appeal. We just closed on a home last week and I would highly recommend his services to a home buyer of any experience. Certainly if I find myself in the market again, Mike will be my first stop.

We are so happy we chose Mike Rossman to handle the sale of our old home and the simultaneous purchase of our new home. On both, he went above and beyond anything we would have expected. While we knew Mike on a personal level prior to hiring him as our Realtor, we gained even more respect for him as a person on a professional level. He always made sure that our best interests were being represented. He took the time to answer any questions we had and explain the processes to us. He chose many homes for us to look at, and when we found “the” home, he was just as excited as we were!
