I wanted to take a moment to write about my realtor, Senia Kiseleva. When I was looking to buy a house, I spoke to 4 other agents. I chose to work with Senia, because she was more helpful than anyone else and she proved to have the most market knowledge. The thing that impressed me the most about Senia, was her constant communication, her negotiation skills and her understanding of the closing process.She was always looking for my best interest. I recommend Senia to everyone who is looking for a good realtor.

I recently purchased a home in Lake Las Vegas and was lucky enough to have Senia Kiseleva of Realty Boutique as the listing agent. She went way beyond her required duties to keep us informed and updated on the process. We live on the east coast so having such a kind, straight-forward and sincere person to deal with put us at ease. I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing real estate in Nevada

This real estate office is a slaughter house! They never return calls and late on there appointments to show property even if they even show up. They have very inexperienced brokers working in there office on Decatur. I was hanged up on twice. I never recieved my listing e-mails.Just a horrible experience and big waste of my time.I took my time off work to veiw a property and they did not even show up I'm very upset. Nick

They are so modern, cutting edge with technology, their marketing is amazing (I have never seen any other house advertised so well), yet they are so easy to reach by phone and in person, just like in good old days. Senia gave me a "Marketing Proposal" and did everything she said she would do. She was giving me constant feedback, she was present at every showing of my house and sold the house faster and higher than I expected. I always called Senia on her mobile phone, and she was available tp answer my call and speak to me directly. Also her office staff is professional and friendly.
