RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Dana will ask you to put in a review before the work is done and now I know why. Thankfully Home Advisor said on the phone “Is she there? Wait till she leaves”. Paid Artemis $2,000.00 for cleaning and an extra $900 for moving on a 1200sq ft house = TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! 15 years I worked as an Estate Manager and Personal Assistant using professional movers and never had problems with any service until now. She only takes cash and now I know why because you can’t reverse charges if you are unhappy. If everything goes to plan Dana is fine and very charming, as soon as something goes wrong Dana doesn’t want to take responsibility, becomes defensive, plays the victim, deflects, talks over you, and changes the topics like a professional boxer changes punching combinations. PARTIAL LIST OF MY COMPLAINTS: 1)Broke a bathroom window - she said it would be fixed the next day NEVER FIXED IT! 2) The power cord to a large flat screen TV was missing after I changed my mind about giving it to one of her workers = Coincident the power cord went missing on THAT TV?! 3) Direct TV equipment - not able to find, an 4) Boxes with household items were not labeled (expect 6 boxes) 5) NOTHING was dusted before it was packed in boxes, stuff was THROWN into boxes 6) Fragile items weren’t bubble wrapped YET the plastic pens from office were bubble wrapped = no common sense 7) Washing machine - they moved the washing machine to clean, ripping the hose in the back of the washing machine out of the wall = flooded the floor, water ran in the hallway, closets = blamed us “it was the washing machine” (not true) 8) Missing - Shower curtain rod missing) 9) Missing - Toilet paper holders missing 10) Missing. -Sliding door security rod (missing), 11) Missing - Landline phone missing, 12) Art trash can her girls took to “the curb” yet put the cheap plastic garbage can in the garage with the boxes. …and more I shouldn’t have to spend more money to replace stuff I never asked to be taken out of the house! I paid handsomely for her “extra moving services” yet while talking over she kept saying “we did extra for you” never mentioning I paid them $900 to do the extra moving. Again, changes the topic when trying to resolve an issue. $450 a day for her husband to help: The second day he was done before lunch. Instead of asking me what I wanted him to do he started doing my lawn while I was at lunch. Nice, yes, but I didn’t pay him to do clean my lawn for $450, I paid for moving and cleaning. At the end of day two he said “see you tomorrow”, I thought he was going to be at the house on day3, he wasn’t there. I hired this service because I was allergic to cat hair,​ dust and my husband hurt his hand leaving us almost helpless. Dana talks a good game but in the end, is all about the money and NOT about “quality” or being honorable. I’m still waiting on the window….guess I’m going to see her again in small claims court.

Best money ever spent on cleaning in my life! I'm not exaggerating. They take clean to a whole new level. I've never seen a house this clean. Very thorough, detailed, courteous, and careful with your belongings. I will never use anyone else. This was supposed to be a one time expense for moving into a new home but, we will be using them from here on. You won't regret it!

Dana & her crew pay special attention to detail in every room in the house. They are professionals & experts in deep cleaning. My floors looked awesome & my windows were sparkling. I'm not sure why I didnt contact them before. They are definitely above the rest. I am now a loyal client.
