Couldn't ask for better. I've bought and sold plenty in Vegas over the years, and have several friends who are realtors. So at first I saw little reason to work instead with a complete stranger on this project. But Jason convinced me that he could add a significant, unique value to this transaction. The fine team at Vanzant Group is top-shelf. Allison, with whom I worked daily, is thoughtful, intelligent and loyal, an absolute credit to her co-workers and to the firm itself; while Danna, whose job it is to ensure that all documents actually make sense, is in every way professional and gracious. Allison is the best kind of real estate agent: honest, honourable, and tough-minded when she needs to be. There are many persons involved in any property transaction. This outfit cares deeply about its clients. Referrals are sensible, guided by a strong desire to achieve superior results. Vanzant Group recommended just the right title company, which in turn ensured that this necessarily complex process would remain manageable, and, above all, basically understandable. I am still generally clueless, of course, as indeed are most clients who decide to buy something...; but the whole journey was made interesting and life-affirming by Allison, for whom customer service is paramount.
