        These people are money hungry, they will charge trip fees for a duplicate order verses emailing you or calling you, they charge extra trip fees for brochures they forgot to put in your box you ordered from them. I have used for many years and they don't treat their loyal customers with respect. Oh and late fees, lack of communication and customer service all need help. They are very demanding I'm planning on going elsewhere and you should too.

        When Darlene And Jeff started out they always returned our phone calls , even on the weekends. Emails take 2 days to respond , text and calls are never responded too . These days TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Making payments on their site is terrible / no confirmation. You're going into a relationship with these guys now BLINDLY !
