Terrible management. They take months to get to any maintenance requests. 2 eyes on my stove didn't work when i moved in and they still have yet to fix it. Power went out in my building and it took a week to restore it (their circuit breaker outside went off, but i didn't have access to that). The place always had bug issues whether they sprayed the place or not. Lots of kids so there's always constant noise. There is also a man who comes through beeping a horn to sell drinks. Don't expect any peace and quiet.

The name is SKYLINE PLACE APARTMENTS NOT TAMARUS VILLAGE. Worst complex ever. Mirtha is rude, there are huge roaches every where. You have to basically play hop scotch to not step on them out side. There are kids in the dumpsters playing. The tenants also dumpster dive & take items into their apartment from the trash. The maintenance guys leave trash all over the property, they barely speak English, & do not know how to properly fix things. Do not move here. Go to a homeless shelter you'd probably be better off. This place is unlivable. There are roaches in the over, refrigerator, the shower, they even climb into your bed & onto the couch. Management is horrible, nothing is "updated" like it advertised. The floors are warped from water damage & there is mold as evidence.
