Serious scam artists. Make sure you do a walkthrough video and don’t let them ILLEGALLY charge you for normal wear and tear such as light bulbs! It’s illegal and unethical. Worst place I have EVER rented from!

Worst business i reviewed so far! Realtor Paul Pineda, had a big problem with me not being "American." After providing him with all the required documentation, he made the request that I also provide him with proof that I “have the right to stay in this country”! He made up the claim that by law he is required to have this information. Surprisingly, he wasn’t able to provide me with any law that cites this. Obstacles and hindrances are nothing more than his discrimination against immigrants or more specifically against people of middle eastern descent. I don’t know what his problem is. My Race? My Religion? He further hinders the process by calling my current landlord, employer and berating them for not “checking me out” according to his standards. The Paul Pineda approach is to add screening beyond what is required for purposes of harassment - according to his own personal, bigoted agenda. By law he must accept all legitimate applicants without discrimination. Doesn’t look like he does, and he even likes to finish the job by poisoning your employer and the relationship with your current landlord. Beware.

I never leave bad reviews but Paul Pineda is the worst realtor we ever needed to deal with. The other man at the company we spoke to was nice but, he is SARCASTIC UNTRUSTWORTHY and LIES. How he got his license is beyond my comprehension. Save yourself the headache. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
