Do not rent from O’Harmony Reality. This company is the worst rental property management company my husband and I have ever dealt with. First and foremost, it takes them forever to fix anything with your property. They send unlicensed people over to fix things in your home. People would randomly show up at night to fix things when we had no idea who they were!!!! In addition, our home was without air conditioner for weeks in July before they sent anyone over!!!!!!! We had to constantly hound Karen to send someone over. Lastly, my husband had to constantly hound them to send our security deposit in the mail. Jackie came up with every excuse not to. We kept the home we were staying in excellent condition yet they took out 200.00 out of our security deposit for carpet cleaning. The carpet was not even dirty! This was the company’s way of trying to just nickel and dime us. I’m so glad we do not have to deal with them anymore. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Every chance I get!!!!!!!!!!

O’Harmony Realty is essentially a group of white collar crooked scam artists. Believe I am being dramatic? I encourage you to keep reading. They will give you hidden charges for their gain, unbeknownst to you. They are extraordinarily difficult to reach and their tenant website is purposefully difficult to navigate in order to gather as many petty fees and charges as they can get their hands on. I was told that a cleaning crew would clean my unit before we moved in and as you might guess, it never happened. The unit I moved into was a complete health and safety hazard. In addition to the filth, the washer was defective and completely ruined over $600 worth of my clothing. After recognizing the ethics of O’Harmony Realty I fully expect them to try to refuse my security deposit when my lease is over. Avoid all business with O’Harmony Realty if possible.

I've resided at a property of Oharmony for over 3yrs. I rent a 3 bd rm 2 car garage in which I perform regular repairs when needed. HVAC air filters and regular front yard upkeep goes without saying. My dishwasher broke and instead of giving me a used dishwasher they (Oharmony) provided me with a new LG dishwasher, replaced all lower cabinetry and new sink. Wow! No complaints from me.
