Realty One Group: Allen Shelton

Kelly Rife and Realty One Team unfortunately made what was supposed to be a wonderful experience, one of the hardest my family has ever had to endure. My complaints against Realty One go on for 4 pages; Realty One has never acknowledged any wrongdoing or attempted to right their wrongs. Negligent behavior in a nutshell: giving bad financial advice, not adhering to dates written in contracts in order to protect their client, bullying behavior by team leads, not disseminating information to their clients as soon as they receive it, and taking commissions with no care or thought to where a family lives next. Both realtors involved in the sale and transaction of my homes commented on Mr. Rife's/Realty One's lack of knowledge, professionalism, and competence. I have retained an attorney who has made multiple attempts to contact Realty One's attorney which all go answered- with not even a simple apology. I am currently filing complaints at all levels due to the lack of service I received.

Working with Allen was the best choice I could have made, he took his time showed me all the houses I needed to see till I found the one best for me...So now I'm proud to say I'm a 37 year old single mother of 3 first time homeowner🎊🎉🎊🎉😁Thank you Allen Shelton and for all other people involved for making my dream come true!!!!

Allen is a first rate Realtor and gentleman. He is honest, friendly, caring, very patient, and hardworking. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. He more than adequately satisfied my every concern, even after the deal was closed.
