First off I cannot stress enough absolutely do not rent a property from these people. Look at all the Yelp reviews of this company- they need to be shut down for the absolutely shady business they are running and have their realtor license revoked. Throughout my entire three years of living at a property manager by these people every single time trying to get a hold of somebody there takes three emails at least or a personal visit to get things done. I paid rent 5 to 10 days early every single month and it absolutely did not do a single thing, do not pay these people a single day early because they will never return the favor of being courteous or on time with anything that they are asked to do. Make sure if you do rent a property that you take video of every single thing in the house. I fully marked down on my move-in statement that the carpets were dirty and stained yet I was still charged a fee upon moving out deducted from my security deposit. Also a cleaning fee of the house was incurred of $100 even after the walk out person, Michael Wong stated that the property was in much better condition than a significant amount of properties he has seen with his property management company. Absolutely do not trust Michael Wong - he will lie straight to your face. Also this company is blatantly stealing money from its owners, there is and has been over a $3000 lien against the property I was at, because they did not pay the garbage bill for an extreme amount of time even after in their contract I paid money every month for trash and sewer. They are skimming off the top and absolutely stealing money from the owners. The way they work their repair and maintenance scheme is to send out one of their “approved” vendors that will absolutely make sure it’s at the most $100 worth of work and not a penny more so you the tenet have to pay for the cost. They will send a person out multiple times at $100 charges for the same issue until it is fixed so that they can bill you the tenant, and did not have to pay for fixing the broken item. To all of you other people on Yelp please write a letter to the realtor association of Las Vegas. They need to be notified of all of the shady business deals Golden is doing and need to have their license revoked so they do not take advantage of any more people.

Horrible company, Owned b he family that has few real estate business and they will sell the property you rent and will cheat you out of your deposits.
