We rented a condo from Annalie for 2 years and I can highly recommend her services for owners. She is very professional. Highly recommended.

As a property management company from renter: They are never ever in their actual office. All the emails back and forth I have had with this company have been very rude responses. They always give an extremely hard time about repairs. Its never just easy to have someone come out and take care of stuff that has happened, they always make it seem like its your fault and give you a hard time. All the repairs that have been done have been done poorly, so the stuff has broken again, or was never fixed the first time, for example, our microwave, was installed incorrectly, and finally the vent fan/top vent box was first loose and then broke completely off, their response is basically like if its still working they dont want to fix it. They are very condescending. They insist the only reason I have been renting for so long in their unit is due to them when its because its so close to my daughters school and do to my budget, which they said I should just leave which is extremely rude. No, I shouldnt leave, you should just fix everything thats broken. Review "Dolce by the lakes" look up the 1 star dump we look in and see if you would live here on top of dealing with this company that doesnt even want to repair broken stuff and on top of that just treats you rude when all you do is ask a question.
