I have done three different transactions with Karen, both buying and selling, and she is a real fighter. Goes the extra mile to meet other agents, even informing tenants or doing whatever else needs to be done to make the transaction smooth for everyone. Have contacted her many times on both sides of deals and she is right there with quick communication and never drops the ball. I never reach out to any other agents for anything in Vegas anymore! Highly recommended.

There simply aren't enough positive words to describe Suzie and Karen. From the smallest detail (such as lists for transferring power, waste, water, etc) to the big issues (lists of many carpet cleaners, house cleaners, roofing, electrical, plumbing, yard maintenance) to finding the best partner for title management/closing...this team has it down cold. Suzie and Karen were available all hours of the day, and usually quite late into the night and weekends when the crunchtime came with the home purchase. It was clear they want their buyers to be 110% satisfied, informed, and ready to go. There wasn't a single ball dropped, not a question (on our side) unresolved. Even when dealing with what I perceive to be a most horrible, unethical Sellers Agent, Suzie and Karen kept their cool and kept us on the right track, ultimately getting us into our home well-prepared for pre move-in labors such as carpet cleaning, etc. Suzie and Karen negotiated well with the extremely difficult/impossible selling agent when we discovered dog urine and feces throughout the house, far more than realized on initial walk-through. When the recalcitrant selling agent refused to answer questions about a specific feature in the house (one of our determining buying factors), Suzie kept after the agent, constantly requesting information that eventually, when the agent lied about the feature, Suzie took it on herself to ensure the problem was righted. These two are amazing. They feel like family, friends, and one of the last true professionals in this industry. We found them after problems with a lazy, late, agent that was merely a go-between who didn't have their years of experience, and who cost us three months of difficulty. We were so grateful to have found them, and for the dozens of homes they took us through before we found the "right fit." Suzie and Karen, THANK YOU SO MUCH for facilitating this great home we've purchased!! (one month in, now)

Karen spent a lot of time with me to find the right house. She really knows how to take care of all of the issues going through escrow. I highly recommend Karen and I will have her represent me again. Thank you Karen for all of your time and help.

I am 64 years old and have dealt with realtors in Missouri, New York and California. Karen is absolutely the BEST! She always answered her phone and made herself available to answer questions and solve problems. She always listened to our needs and was never pushy. I felt like I was working with a daughter not a realtor. I would HIGHLY recommend Karen to anyone buying or selling a home. You won't find anyone better.
