Kimberly is the best! We just used her for the second time, and our experience was nothing but positive, again. We were a relocation, and Kim did so much of the man work with the relocation company and handled all of the obstacles with extreme professionalism, knowledge and quickness. Kim assisted us this fall in finding our dream home here in Summerlin and in selling our current home. Both my wife and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of selling or buying a home here in the valley. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the market, incredibly responsive and works tirelessly on behalf of her clients. Kim made things stress free and easy as she shepherded us through the process. With regard to the house we sold, it was priced perfectly to attract potential buyers and was on the market only 2 days before it sold for thousands above our asking price. Before the house went on the market, Kim showed us what we should do to get it ready for sale, describing what potential buyers care about and what things were less important to them. She was obviously spot on, given how little time it was on the market. Relating to the home we purchased, Kim knew that the home would sell fast and recommended we put in an offer immediately, which we did. There were multiple offers, but Kim knew exactly what to do and how to navigate getting the seller to accept our offer. We closed escrow quickly and the process was seamless. We couldn't be happier and have recommended to her to both friends and family. Kim is an absolute must hire!!
