This Review is based on the BROKER who ever he is. The Agent I used to buy a condo in Las Vegas was good. He only has one year of experience and it showed during the purchase. He kept mentioning that he had a team to help him, but I never heard from anyone else. This was my 1st Condo purchase and 1st purchase in Nevada. I have purchased and sold many properties in California and Hawaii. And in those states the seller always paid the escrow fees for Realtors. I was given the wrong information about the monthly HOA fees and more importantly the rules Specific to this HOA for renting. It's just a vacation Condo for my family so I would have liked to have short term, vacation rental the unit. Early on The Agent said that there were no restrictions on renting. The Broker for this Century 21 WAS PAID A $450. fee by me THE BUYER FOR HIS SERVICES. I had never heard of this and looked it up and found That this is not normal. I never talked to anyone but my Realtor and having only one year experience. THE BROKER SHOULD HAVE PROVIDED ACCURATE INFO ON THE HOA ESPECIALLY IF HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME A FEE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN ACCURATE INFO. You can only rent for a minimum of 6 months here, SO I AM OUT INCOME I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN FROM SHORT TERM RENTERS. As far as I know THE TEAM DOES NOT EXIST AND IF THEY DO THEY DIDN'T HELP ME OR MY REALTOR with my purchase. I am not done with this useless Broker yet, I plan to file complaint with the Nevada Real Estate Board and Sue the Broker for damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IS MY SUGGESTION.

Century 21 americana real estate school in nevada is amazing, Ms Charlotte is a good teacher, she is kind and funny and has plenty of patience. I recommend this school to everyone who is trying to pursue a career in real estate. I cant wait to pass the exams, help me Lord Thank you Century 21 Americana, cant wait to get my license and be one of you guys.
