        Bait and switch thieves. They don't answer a phone call either.

        The worst experience by far. Saw the house with our realtor yesterday, she confirmed that the house is available and we have to apply in person. We more than qualified for that property. Today I tried to call them first to find out if I need an appointment or I can just come in, receptionist seems to have a problem with my question and just brushed me off and took a message. OK, I drove to this office. I'm a petite lady, well dressed and mannered, it took me by surprise that the so-called agent treated me like I was a bug with the absolute disappointed look on his face he explained that I cannot afford the house and he can take an application but .... ugh it would be a waste of his time. Snobby, rude, and very unprofessional. Please do not get me wrong I'm not expecting the red carpet and fanfares but simple respect and basic customer service still should be followed. It's should not be something unusual.
