Worst property management ever. If you want someone who will expect you to do your own maintenance and not be responsible for repairs out of your control than this is the property management. So many problems from the property manager from lack of maintenance on the house to knit picking on every little thing on the moving out process. Don’t even pay for a cleaner, they’re just going to charge you anyway. They expected me to fix a garage by myself with instructions over the phone, they expected me to go several days with a broken washer/dryer. The washer and dryer was made in the 80’s and I had to call them for 6 different occasions and they charge you every time. Couldn’t just pay for a new dryer? No cause they’re cheap and do not care for the tenant at all. STAY AWAY from this property management.

Eastpointe Apartments on Broadway Only one washer works for the entire complex. Zero maintenance. All the plants are dying. Oh, BTW, they make sure to complain about a chair outside, and enter the apartment once a month. I miss the previous owners.
