We were rushed through the walk through we never had a final final walk though to sign off on all the issues that were noted. Paint errors in every room cracked and scratched windows, multiple scratches on glass shower,orange spray paint on the baseboards, broken cabinet drawers and a noticeable space in the exterior brick wall, landscape trees falling down. All of these issues were eventually addressed but they could have been addressed prior to closing. It was quite surprising to learn that we were only granted one walk through and told the builder didn't do a final walk through. This entire process was stressful and disappointing.

Called one of their properties and spoke with Besty after calling 4 times!! She was beyond rude!! I will never by a home from them!! I’m also going to let all my friends and associates know about my experience!!
