Over the past year, we’ve had a very positive experience with this management company. Employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. Promptly responded to calls and emails within 24 hours. We had a plumbing issue when we first moved in and during the summer our AC went out, in both instances the property management team responded right away. The issues were taken care of and they followed up to ensure everything worked properly. We have moved out of state but I highly recommend this company.

While getting my place I dealt Stephanie Calculli- REALTOR®, Property Manager. From day one until the last day when I moved out was wonderful. Stephanie was always responsive and she was very quick to resolve any issues I had. During the horrible COVID-19 time she was actually being a good human being and helped me as much as possible which was greatly appreciated. If I ever move back to Las Vegas I would definitely reach out to her and would be happy to work with her again.

I feel confident while I am assigned out of country, Stephanie and Joe at Southwest will always take the best care of all necessary needs, have truly found good, honest renters I can also trust in my home. I am so happy to have them as my Property Management Co. They are amazing and very, very honest.

Omg!!! There is so much to say about Southwest Real Estate. My family is renting a home in the Rhodes Ranch community. Whenever we have a maintenance issue, Stephanie ensure that our issue is resolved in no time. As long as we leave in Las Vegas, we will continue to support this company.
