Without Scott Our dream house would never happened. I have to say Scott Pharris is the best Person you ever want on your side dealing with purchasing a house, He was there from the beginning to end of our transaction and the best part was all the in between. The struggle we had with papers and the waiting for months to build our house he always was just a phone call away to answer and help us through this whole ordeal. i cant thank him enough for his service. And the topping on the cake is that he is genuinely a really down to earth guy who is honest and is very knowledgeable in his field. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
