Absolutely ridiculous to be charging 1300 dollars for roach infested apartments. We have been trying to renew our contract for over 2 months and management has ignored us. We have called their corporate offices multiple times just to be ignored as well. The manager is never in and the secretary is rude, unprofessional and worse than useless. I have lived here for over 10 years at this point and it has never been as awful as it has been now. Run from this place. They're lucky the lowest rating I can give is 1 star.

Cockroach infestation extremely bad , they never come when you put in a work order for maintenance to come , my ac broke down for almost a whole month in the middle of summer and they couldn’t even call to tell me they were waiting for a part , everything is always broken and kids throw stuff at cars and doors I was willing to deal with all that for 850$ a month but at 1000$ …….I can’t wait to get out of this place !
