Today when i tried contacting them to just inquiring about a listing they have, first impression was bad. Some spanish speaking guy answered while still having a conversation with someone else until i decided to say "hello". He responded back and said "please hold" and just put the phone down cause i could hear them talking up a storm. After 5 to 10 minutes, i decided to hang up. Extremely unprofessional if you ask me. Now i went back to their address and followed up on their reviews. The only thing that really troubles me is the fact that many people complain about the company keeping the application fee and never hearing from the company OR someone else being approved for the same location and they still want you to pay the fee and take a gamble with them. This Isaac person sounds like someone who would try to take advantage of someone. Only one person said they were happy with "isaac" but in the other reviews, most tenants complained that "Isaac" kinda abandoned them when THEY had issues. The tenants. "His" tenants. Glad i don't have to take my business to them. Good thing i saw the reviews of this business.

One of the licensee called me stating she had land in the area I am knowledgeable in and work saying she may want to sell. She did not identify herself as an agent iniationally nor did she own the land. I looked up the property and asked her about the name of the owner. That's when she said her brother had a partial ownership and that's also when she mentioned she was an agent in Las Vegas for the first time. Less than straightforward (the Chinese way). I've been down that road several times before. I don't really want that business nor do I need it. 3 out of 5 stars is generous.
