Quite honestly, they have been one of thee best landlords I have ever worked with as a tenant. They may be a smaller company, but the took care of most initial problems on my Initial Walkthrough reported. I had great confidence with them. They left me alone and did not have the 1/3months home inspections in which I call invasions that Coldwell Banker Premier Realty Property Management (THEE WORST OF ALL). My owner made a huge mistake switching to CBPRPM. If you have them stay with them or go with them if you have a chance!

What a horrible company! I have tried to contact Deirdre Felgar regarding a refund on an application as Avenues Realty had told an agent I was working with that no applications were in on a property they had available. Within an hour I filled out the application online paid $75 and within another hour the agent that showed me the property stated that the house was already taken. I call the office of Avenues Realty American spoke to I am assuming Deirdre or whomever it was that stated I would get a refund. I have sent multiple emails and called several times plus the agency that I was working with that showed the property also called with no return from not one SOUL at Avenues Realty America. It's going on 2 weeks and still have received NO contact..I will put a review on every site out there that has Avenues Realty America on it..I have owned a business going on 25 years now and I have never seen such nonchalant company before in my life...BAD BUSINESS I will leave my name so someone can call hopefully April Proctor

I would respond to the owner's response. However, it does not appear that Google allows for it. The owner just now got back to my review --a year later. That should tell people plenty about their lack of communication and professionalism. Had they requested a deposit at the time, we would have given them a deposit but they did not. Instead the owner of this property management prefers to massage their selective memory by responding with a revisionist history and giving alternative facts--a year later. Nice Try.
