It is the 2nd time we selected Lara Cox as our realtor. We did not consider anyone else after the out of ball park experience of the first time 2 years ago for her service and her Team Heidel Office. With no knowledge of the region living in east coast, Lara spent a lot of time showing different properties in different areas and answering all our questions while in person and by remote communications. She is professional, knowledgeable and patient with us. Lara helped us every step of the way helping us to understand with the current extreme seller's market and provided the right guideline/suggestions leading to a successful outcome. Lara & her office kept us timely informed of all matters throughout the transaction. She's excellent, and we highly recommend her.
