Beware of this company they never took care of the property never respond to issues that needed immediate attention they keep the security deposit even when the property has been maintained accordingly ... They are rude heartless and snakes in the grass!

This management company was respectable until it was time to move out. When it was time to move out they were completely unresponsive to our requests for our security deposit or any communication of necessary information.They charged for things that we were not responsible for or already took care of and I have picture proof. They now expect us to pay more than our security deposit. It seems that Jeff and the others at Empire Real Estate Management have been in the business a long time of scamming their tenants of their security deposit etc.

This company drilled out my mailbox lock and I'm the owner of the condo that belongs to the box. Delores lied about giving the association the keys, instead she left them with her tenants to have full access to my mail. A day after, I had fraud reports coming from my bank. She evidently did not verify what box number belong to her tenants, something that a property management company should have on file. All Delores did was complain about how she was inconvenienced and blame others. She wouldn't give me the name of the person that broke into my mailbox and hung up on me instead. Beware of this company.

Don’t go with this company, they will rob you with your security money, they don’t even deserve a one star , zero star for this company and the manager is rude and unprofessional, good luck to get your money back , people just let you guys know if you see company don’t go with them they will rob you and they don’t give a damn about you, be careful and good luck guys, I didn’t have good experience with them and this just recently

Horrible company will be taking to court! as per agreement house was to be cleaned carpets cleaned will recieve my deposit back! I cleaned house paid almost $200 to clean carpets and cleaned the house up to standerds even had my realtor come look and they still had the nerves to take my deposit for PAINTING!!! which is normal wear and tear.... i lived there only a year walls was in good condition when i moved out! thank god i was smart enough to take pics so i will see them in court! dont rent from this property mangement they will make you think your getting your money back so that you can not mess house up and then keep your deposit.
